All types of tubs are installed, like jacuzzi, cold tub and sauna(steam/dry). Have a relaxing time after working out at the gym.
Trainer suggests a plan adapt your condition and also give you advice about your health care.

*The age limit of child is from 3 to 13 exclusive.(Children under the age of 3 cannot use this spa.)
*Children under 16 can only enter the Spa.
*All users of the gym must be over 16.
*Mixed bathing over 6 at Spa is prohibited.
*Spa guests with tattoos are not allowed to access to Spa and fitness facilities.
*All Children must be accompanied by parents.
*With the free-entry passport you can use SPA as many times as you want while you're staying at the hotel. Use limited to 5 days is the longest.
*Do not swim when physical condition is not well or if under the influence of alcohol.
*Pregnant women or women who might be pregnant are restricted from using the facilities.

  Personal Stretch Training 1,500 yen About 20 minutes
Personal trainer supports to give full body relief. You can experience stretching and exhilaration that can never be gained when stretching by yourself. Recommend to those who need body more flexibility or have shoulder stiffness and back pain.
  Acupressure Relaxation 2,500 yen per person About 30 minutes
Program to relieve muscle tension by putting pressure upon your back with palms. Recommend to those after exercise or exhausted.
  Lymphatic Drainage 3,500 yen About 30 minutes
Effective to blood and lymph flow improvement, waste product removing, metabolic function improving, body swelling resolving, cellulite reduction, relieving stress, and so on.
  Foot Relaxation 1,000 yen per person About 15 minutes
By massaging below the knees to feet bottoms, you can have the benefit of facilitating the flow of blood, relieving fatigue, and resolving swelling of feet.

Make only smaller groups, and instruct better. So that beginners can try easily.
  Stretching Lessons 1,000 yen per person About 40 minutes
Improving range of motion will prevent injury and reduce fatigue by relieving muscle tension. And, relaxing helps control crapula from stress as well.
  Balance Ball Exercises 1,000 yen per person About 40 minutes
Strengthen total body's balance and coordinate muscle movement. Also corresponding to rehabilitation, relaxing, and exercises.
